Function

NOWA Centrifugal Non-Clogging Pumps come with semi open impeller. Equipped with hand-hole adopter attached with pump’s suction end, it helps during repair and maintenance. These pumps are fitted with heavy duty pedestal to give the machine high rigidity necessary for coupling it with 4-Stroke high speed petrol engine.

Pump Construction

NOWA Centrifugal Non-Clogging Pumps are equipped with gland packing or mechanical seal as per customer’s requirement. These pumps are directly coupled with quiet and dependable 4-Stroke high speed Honda gasoline engine. Pump’s impeller is in SS-304 but volute casing, bearing housing, suction adopter (hand-hole) are made of cast iron which helps to reduce vibration. This pump set is mounted on skid frame with MS channel along with safety guard for coupling. Trolley mounted setup is also available upon customer’s demand.

Pump Performance Data

Capacity: 150 m³/hr (max.), Head: 22 m (max.), Suction: 5 m (max.), Liquid Temperature: -15°C ~ +80°C, Working Pressure: 6 bar (max.), Liquid should be chemically non-aggressive.

Application

GSH Pumps are used for handling sewage, solids containing fluids, waste water and sludge of all types, flood or rain water, viscous fluids, liquid with suspension of solid particles, fibrous material, slurry, pulp, cellulose and industrial effluents. These are also used in municipal and industrial waste water transport, sewage treatment plants, paper and board, chemical, beverage, sugar industry and slaughter houses etc.
