Non-Clogging (Horizontal) Pumps

Function

GSWG is a series of centrifugal non-clogging volute pumps with semi open / vortex impeller and enclosed impellers of S.S., SG Iron, Cast Iron or Bronze etc. This pump can be operated through electric motor, diesel combustion engine, P.T.O. shaft of tractor. This pump has structure as centrifugal pump with a hand-hole in clean-way adopter to clean / inspect the impeller and volute casing. Impeller can be changed without troubling pipe line or dismantling motor at all.

Pump Construction

Pump Volute, Housing Adopter and Clean-way Adopter are made of Cast Iron. Impeller of S.S., SG Iron, Cast Iron or Bronze etc. (according to requirement). Shaft in SS/SS-304 Steel fitted with high quality pre-greased open Ball Bearings. Wear Ring in Cast Iron / S.S. / Bronze. Nuts/Bolts in MS/SS/SS-304.

Application

These pumps are used for handling sewage, solids containing fluids, waste water and sludge, flood and rain water, viscous liquids, fibrous materials, slurry, pulp, cellulose and industrial effluents. These are used in municipal and industrial waste water transport, sewage treatment plants, paper and board, chemical, sugar industry, and in slaughter houses.
