  • By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the services.

2. Products and Services

  • Modern Machinery Store offers a variety of machinery and equipment like (Solar Panels, Inverters, Generators, Water motors & Pumps) for sale. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we supply.
  • We strive to ensure that the product descriptions and specifications on our store are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, specifications, or other content on our site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on our store are in [PKR] and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your total invoice amount.
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods we accept. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer shipping and delivery services to all over Pakistan. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during the shipping process. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Our products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product documentation for warranty details.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Machinery Store disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • In no event shall Modern Machinery Store be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of our services or products, or (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored there in.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If such negotiations do not resolve the dispute, either party may seek resolution through the courts of Pakistan.
